75 Day Challenge (Modifiable By You)

The original 75 Hard Challenge that was created by Andy Frisella:

Follow a diet

Work out twice a day for at least 45 minutes (at least one outside)

Drink 4 liters of water per day.

Read 10 pages of nonfiction a day.

Take a five-minute cold shower.

Take progress photos every day.

Perform other unrelated tasks like a random act of kindness or talk to someone in person daily.

My modified 75 Day Challenge will be:

Follow a Carb Cycling eating plan

Workout 45 minutes per day

Walk at least 15 minutes per day (outside as weather permits)

Drink 64 ounces a water per day

Read or listen to a self-improvement book for at least 15 minutes per day

Spend at least 15 minutes on a task that I have been procrastinating about
