I would like to see the Recumbent Bike and the Stretching Machine be added to the Exercise list.
I am almost 75 years old. I own these two pieces of equipment and use them almost daily. I cannot get a correct mileage measurement with my Versa Fitbit in conjunction with the Recumbent Bike. And I do not know what exercise to select when using my stretching machine. Thanks for any help or suggestions.

It will also let you rename through the fitbit app.
The users is also able to rename any auto detected exercise..
However, Recumbent is not an option.
And when trying to rename as Recumbent the user will receive this error message.

For any unlisted activity, choose "Workout." (It can be renamed in Fitbit's web-based activity log.)
You can add exercises to that list (but you cannot edit typos).
For my trike, I use the bicycling shortcut and include "trike" in all of the detail notes.
For "cranking," spinning.
For "disc golf," regular golf (I don't do the other kind).

I would use bike mode. Fitbit doesn't have rec invent to even rename.

It will let you rename "Workout" in the web dashboard.

From the bottom of the Fitbit webpage, Log Activities,
I created
Create custom activity
All of these can replace "Workout."
