Hi guys,
I got my Charge HR the first try on a treadmill early today. I used the GPS mode (MobileRun), and i did not get any steps be counted in the App, it just showed me 0.00 mi distance after actually 2 mi running. Sad, I think it just simply because the GPS thought I didn't move even an inch......Actually, the Charge HR did count my steps and distance during my running, but after sync, the data in the App override the data in my Charge HR, 2 miles just gone with wind......
So, just want to know what's the best experience to use Charge HR to track my indoor workouts?
Thanks.
Ronny

That function creates basically a manually entered walking/running workout.
Which means it replaces whatever data the Fitbit came up with.
Which in this case is 0 distance, therefore 0 steps, and 0 calories.
Delete the workout record - leave the activity record - you should be just fine and the original stats will once again be part of your daily totals.
At least I think if you correct it the next day it still will revert back. Perhaps original values are purged at midnight.
In which case create another workout record with the same stats as the activity record - which was a snapshot of original stats before the workout logged changed them.
Though the distance Fitbit saw compared to what you know you did on the treadmill will be good to see if stride length is close to reality for running.
Help the next searcher of answers, mark a reply as Solved if it was, or a thumbs up if it was a good idea too.
