I'd love to meet up with people who have MS and are trying to get fit. It's always a struggle, because I have a weak left leg and use a cane. It's difficult to get all my steps in and also to get my heart rate up walking because I just can't go very fast. And then, of course, I don't want to get too hot because that really wastes me!
Can anyone relate? I'd love to find someone to commiserate with and cheer one another on!

I have MS. MS does not have me. Mindfulness is a process. It's taken a lot of work to get here.

Yes, the struggle is real every day! When I see the high number of steps some people have, and then compare it to how I work so hard to get 3,000 steps, I sometimes think I should get more credit for the effort it takes!

Best AnswerI have RA also and find it difficult to make myself move anymore than I already do during the day. I work and it keeps me moving and I do notice being more active helps. But there's a fine line between pushing myself and over pushing myself. If I over do it, I'm completed exhausted for day .
