I've been using it since September and I love it!
One thing I like about it is your can't hold on, lean, or croutch. You have to row. And what a workout! Man, it kicks my butt every time.

It has been mentioned several times in the past, for instance in this topic (in which @Corney, an active contributor to this forum, was involved), as well as in this one.

sjmdesigns: I've used my Concept 2 rower for over 20 years. I love it because it gives you a full workout, works on the core muscles, legs, arms and scapular stabilizers. After all this time it doesn't kick my butt, but it gives me a great workout without all the pounding I got with running. I hope you enjoy yours as much as I have enjoyed mine.

I don't own one (yet) but I have been using the Model E at the gym since September and love it. What a great workout.
