Army Wives-All are welcome! :D

Hello Fellow Fitbitters Smiley LOL

I recently got married to my high school sweetheart and he is in the Army. He got me a fitbit for my birthday this year (21 April) and I love it. I have always been a very active person and I love anything to do with fitness. I want to become a personal trainer and a Zumba instructor after college.

This discussion will be about getting more fit by whatever means you choose.

One's goal should be for at least thirty minutes of a very active activity. My personal goal is to get at least sixty minutes of a very active activity, usually Zumba or running stairs, tredmil, or what-have-you.

You may post here your activities which could give others a new activity to add to their fit lives.

Post every Friday your very active minutes and try to get better each Friday for Fit Fridays.

I will post mine from last week, as well as from this week when my day is complete.

I look forward to chatting with you.

Last Friday, 18 April I was having a rough day so I only for fifty five very active minutes.

I will be sure to do better today. I have only had my fitbit about two weeks though, so let's do this.

Very inspiring post! Brilliant to see! I have to admit I've not been on form recently, but I will get back on it soon & contribute to this when I am ready.

Inspirational read "The Art of Running Faster", well reviewed & high rated book by two authors Julian Goater & Don Melvin.
