Average steps

why is my device telling me Av done 33,000 steps today? On average I do around 13,000 is my device faulty?

Hi @njoki4,

 

It sounds like your tracker is in need of a reboot. Give it a try and let us know tomorrow if the step-counting is back to normal.

Work out...eat... sleep...repeat!

It's great to have you here @njoki4! The average steps will be a 7 day average. It does sound weird that you're getting too many steps. Have you checked how many steps you have daily for the past week? Also, please double check that there are no activities logged that may be add more steps to the average. 

 

Can you provide me with a screenshot of what you're seeing?
