Best way to track HIIT?

I do P90X3 every day.  Sometimes it's cardio, sometimes weights, and sometimes yoga!  I don't know the best way to track these workouts, since they aren't really step related... Is there an app for that?  Thanks!

For yoga day, that is at least in the database.

Because true while no steps could be seen for a long session, and you are burning more than the sleeping calorie burn you are given, it still isn't that much really.

Weights days if lots of reps and rests less than 1 min, would be circuit training for the time done.

So if whole workout is that style, that's easy.

For cardio day using body weight, that link would apply, and it's in the database too actually.
