Has anyone use the Fitbit (I have the Flex) while boxing or hitting the heavy bag? Does it work under rough conditions?

@dianaadrr that is called "spot reduction" and it isn't how weight loss works. You don't get to choose where on your body weight loss happens.

I've been taking a boxing class 2x a week for the past 8 months. I lost
11 pounds without really dieting (don't eat junk food) and my arms have
firmed up. However at 68 years old I'll never get rid of the upper arm
flab without surgery, but I'm happy with the results so far.
