Howdy, is it possible to burn too many calories? Currently, I limit my calorie intake to between 1500 and 1800 per day. Then try to burn about 3500 to 4000 calories per day. I feel fine, there is weight loss but nothing drastic. My energy is fine. So, not sure if I should keep going on this track or maybe slow down on the exercise.

I've tried doing calorie math several times in my life. I've never gotten it to work out right. The human body has just too many variables.

I agree, every time I try to calculate calories, I never manage to do it correctly.
