My cardio load yesterday said to get 1-10. I got 6 hours of sleep and my readiness was 32.
Today, I got 4 hours of sleep, my readiness is 53, and my cardio load expectation is 21 or more? 4 hours of sleep and they expect 2-21× the cardio load and my readiness is higher? How?
---
So, yesterday it gave me a cardio load of 21 to 33 I got 41. Today it's giving me lower numbers, but suggesting that I need to "get back on track." I got 8 more yesterday than the highest suggested. I got more than the highest suggested the day before. How am I off track? Should it not suggest that I get numbers to keep on track? Something is just not correct here.

I have been in the ranges suggested or higher the past several days. Yesterday was one of the higher days, yet today I need a certain range to "get back on track." If you are getting higher numbers than suggested, you aren't off track. This feature really comes across as bogus.
