My calorie intake is static even when I'm exercising. Before, as I was burning calories, my allowed intake would go up. Now it's at a static 1,400 calories a day. Not sure why but I think I want to change it back.
What is your preferred method? Do you feel like seeing that you can eat more will cause you to eat more?
