Calorie intake is static

My calorie intake is static even when I'm exercising. Before, as I was burning calories, my allowed intake would go up. Now it's at a static 1,400 calories a day. Not sure why but I think I want to change it back.

 

What is your preferred method? Do you feel like seeing that you can eat more will cause you to eat more?

Did you set a custom allowance? In that case it is static. I have tried setting a custom for my goal weight maintenance goal (a tip I've heard ovver the years), but I think I prefer the method where you either eat what you burn (to maintain) or what you burn minus chosen deficit (to lose).
