Can shadow boxing harm my Inspire 2?

Hi. I got my Fitbit recently and logged my first night of sleep, I have to say I'm excited.

Question

Doesn't the concussive force / whiplash / momentum of boxing increase the rate of wear on the Fitbit?

What I'm trying to say is that is there anyone in the community who does not recommend activities similar to boxing?

Thank you.

Hi @solaimanakbar I am not a boxer, but have not found concussive activities (like pounding star pickets into the ground) have damaged the fitbits I have had. The only way I can imagine you damaging it is to hit it directly, but as it is worn on the arm it is not likely in boxing
