Cardio fitness level ranges suddenly changed

Hello,

My cardio fitness level has always 44 to 49 which was Excellent for my age (men 30 to 39). My score hasn't changed, but overnight the ranges have been redefined, and this is now classified as Good, two levels below Excellent! Any idea why this suddenly changed? Excellent is now apparently 55+. That seems a massive jump to happen overnight.

The calculation seems tied to the resting heart rate.  Maybe your RHR changed and jiggered the values.
