What's the best way to handle a workout that consists of 30 minutes of stationary bike (sometimes treadmill), then another 30-50 minutes of weight training? Do I just do my workout without touching my Charge3, or should I choose the "Treadmill" selection for the 30 minutes of cycling/treadmill?
Thank you!

If you are lazy like me, you could use “workout” for the whole thing so you have similar activity records to compare over time. For example, if you do a workout roughly like that several times a week, part of analyzing your improvement might be if you can stay in a higher HR zone for a longer period of time. Of course, you would have to keep the aerobic part roughly the same duration, as your HR will tend to be higher during that portion than during the weight lifting portion.
But it would be more precise to break the cardio from the weight lifting, sticking with stationary bike or treadmill for those activities and then starting a weights or workout activity for the weight training session.
