Constant resting heart rate 9 days

Not sure if this is appropriate for this group but I have a question.

For the past 9 days my heart rate has been at 71. When looking at all my data this hasn’t happened before. I’ve turned it off, restarted, and updated everything! What do y’all think?

thank you!

Hello. Just my opinion but I think that is your average. Looks like on the chart it is tracking different stats. Mine is almost always 61. I had a couple days that it says 60.

@Kelseyvarie  Over the years I have found the RHR excellent for "telling" us how our body is performing. In Melbourne we have been having crazy weather patterns, very hot one day and colder the next. This always affects my RHR especially while asleep.  Preemtive warning of colds or sore throats etc.

Fitbit always stress to wear our Fitbits while sleeping, and every morning at about an hour after I wake up the RHR is adjusted..
