Anyone else receiving email notifications that someone is trying to change their email address? I’ve had a Fitbit for years and this is the first time I’ve ever received an email that someone is trying to change my email address. It’s happened twice today, which I decline, and it shows that there are at least 5 different computers logged into my account, I revoke their access immediately. Just seeing if anyone else has experienced this. I emailed Fitbit. What information is someone hoping to get from hacking into my Fitbit account?

Welcome to the forums!
I dont know if this is true but I have heard they contact support over a dead device and get a new one.

Just received an email a few minutes ago stating request for change. If it is this easy for someone to hack into the account. this is a big issue!!!. I see that fitbit does not have checks to address this concern. Imagine you are on vacation and the 72 hrs have passed..
