Did you mean:

Crossfit to get the HR up.

Excellent start to the Monday
Metcon (Time)
20 Rounds for time of
6 Burpees
4 Toes 2 Bar
2 Strict Pull Ups
100m Run
Time 37:10
Tracked my HR with my Fitbit thingy, it recorded quite nicely each time my lungs nearly jumped out of my chest cavity. Trying to workout now if the spikes are the burpee or running component.

Cheers

Robbie( I hate running, I just wander about those Tough Mudder things for the beer at the end) Judge

@Judgetribe dang - nice job! I don't think I have ever seen a heart rate graph that was so cleanly spaced out with heart rate increases. If I were to guess, I'd say that the spikes were the burpees, unless you were sprinting maybe?

Burpees always make me sweat within a minute or two, whereas running (at least long distance running) doesn't work up a sweat until about 8-10 minutes... but maybe I just need to run faster!
