Hey Everyone!
First time posting in the Forums but I'm interested if anyone has a set training routine they follow?
At the moment I'm on a 30 week cut trying to maintain lean muscle so I'm doing aspects of the 5/3/1 lifer program with strength training, met con/sprints and low impact cardio just to increase Daily TDEE.
what does your guys weekly plans look like how do you set your goals?

I have a set schedule of Walking 4 days a week and cycling 3 times a week. Try to get 10-15 miles per ride and 4-5 miles walking. For strength training it's a simple resistance bands and dumbbells workout on my walk days.

Week 14 of Greysteel HLM program here. Looking to make it to week 26 before having to reset.
Goals are always based on last week's performance. Poundage increased is based on where I am with a particular lift. I go for progress that's sustainable, even if it means 1 pound/week.
I saw an interview yesterday with the great powerlifter Ed Coan, who was able to write out 3 months of programs at a time, and hit every single goal. He had enough experience to know how much progress he could make over months.
