I am trying to determine what to set my activity level at. I am a stay at home mom, and I homeschool my kids, so there is a good amount of time sitting. However I also have to move around to do chores etc. I always walk for 40+ minutes every evening. I just started adding in 20-30 minute workouts every other day. So do I count my daily walks to determine my activity level? I'm not sure how this works.

If you have your daily walks registered as an outdoor walk on your Fitbit, and end it when you stop walking, then you’ll get an automatic “fitness level” on your Fitbit app, but I’d say honestly you’re lightly active, in general terms. Hope this helps!

Are you talking the cardio fitness level in the app or another means of measuring?

I haven't seen anything on the app that shows any kind of fitness level. I saw someone else show a graph, but I don't have one.

I'll look for it. I have the Blaze but I just got it.

Click where it shows the heart rate, then at the top of the screen, swipe towards the left.

I found it, but it just says how 'fit' I am for my age, and minutes in heart rate zone.

As @justinmichael wrote: "just go into the heart menu and then swipe to the left and it’ll show your fitness score/fitness level."
That is, if your Fitbit model supports the feature. For instance, Inspire does not, but Inspire HR does.
