I LOVE it!!!! I have tried several exercise programs and this is my favorite and I will be sticking with it. I find it very helpful. It has already helped me with my energy levels and I just feel better. It is as easy or hard as you make it. He shows you how to modify positions so that they are easier while you build up your strength and endurance. I highly recommend giving it a try.
