You may not know it, but in the very area you live in could be dotted with many of what are called "Geocaches". These are little boxes, tins, or various containers that reside in the most unlikely and obvious places right outside your front door. Some people hide them, some people make them obvious, but each one is definitly findable and reachable. Now you may be asking, "What does finding a metal box in Leafy Tree Park mean to me?", well person who lives near said generic park, these Geocaches are connected to a website/app where each member logs the location, a description, and time of the Geocache. When you (having signed up or not) go to said website, you will be routed via GPS to this Geocache: depending on the number in your city, you may have (e.i.) Geocache 1: 3 Miles away, Geocache 17: 10 Miles away. If you are starting to get the idea, good. These Geocaches mean that you can get in that exercise at what ever speed you'd like on an adventure around your community to places you might not have gone to before. It's fun, it's adventurous, and its an easy, enjoyable way to get those steps in.
