Exercise app

What to use on exercise app if you do HITT or Zumba or gym sessions? I have been using 'workout' will that be accurate enough?

Hi, @PetTay! That's what I use as well. I don't think the algorithm is very different between the different tracking. There's also a weights setting if that's what you're doing in the gym. With workout you can also rename them if you want to keep track of which workout was which for yourself, but it doesn't change anything else.

Yes, I would use those as well - fingers crossed with the next iteration of fitbit, there will be other activity options to choose from.

Thank you very much for your reply and suggestion! I guess 'workout' will
have to do. It hasn't been a problem. I was just curious because I saw
other exercise trackers or smart watches like Garmin or Samsung have so
many exercise and sport options and wonder why fitbit has so
little...that's all 😊😊

Thank you for your reply! That's what I hope they would do as well! I like
Fitbit the most of all the exercise trackers. I just wish there are more
options 😁

Workout is a good generic profile, that you can rename. When I was doing HIIT, I used the interval workout, which allowed me to program the go/rest periods, and the number of intervals.
