sounds reasonable to me and a good place to start a more serious fitbit addiction 😉  

 

heart health ideas aside ...  you need to have fun with it, challenge yourself (or someone else), be patient with yourself, accept failures and setbacks as learning tools, take a down day once in awhile and remember all the numbers (calories, steps, mile, etc ect) are just numbers and nothing more

 

ummmmm actually, for me, the numbers are just numbers thing only works if i have more numbers that everyone else lol
