I'm relatively new to using Fitbit. I ran for 45 minutes. Fitbit reports 20 minutes at maximum heart rate, and 25 minutes of aerobic activity. It also says "Fat Burning: 1 minute" What does this mean? Why so low on a decently strenuous run? Thanks!

Hi @sfcrocker,
Here is an article describing the different heart rate zones. Fat burn is the zone below Cardio.
https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1565#zones
Half the run in peak and half in cardio isn't bad for a moderately intense run. If you feel the zones weren't correct for the run, please post the heart rate chart for the activity. That will tell us for sure what's going on.

was the fat burn in the beginning? I know when I run, I have fat burn for the first two minutes or so until my heart gets in the zone and the tracker catches up to it. After that its cardio and above. There have been a few times where the tracker "loses" my heart rate for a bit and it registers as something other than what it should have been..
