Hey Guys! So I started a new job where I'm walking a ton but I can't wear any jewelry including watches (for safety reasons). I'm trying to find a way to still use my FitBit but I'm struggling. I have an Alta HR. I have tried clasping it to my belt loop and that seemed to work, I'm not sure how accurate the steps were but it seemed to be counting pretty well. My issue with that is that its kinda hard for me to clasp it and I would like to take it off my pants and put it back on my wrist after work so I can keep getting accurate steps. Does any one have other ideas for how I can wear my FitBit at work or alternate clasp ideas??

I'm also curious. My wife pretty much stopped wearing her Fitbit for the same reason. She is not allowed to wear it on her wrist at work. Before she tried to wear it on her ankle but it came up to be uncomfortable.

Have you considered taking the bands off and putting it in your pocket. I have personally haven't tried it, but I would think if you put it in a front pocket it would still pick up your steps and if you removed the band it would fit comfortably. Also, if the band clasp is difficult, you might consider swapping out the band for one that has a clasp like a traditional watch. You can find may after market version on Amazon for less than $10. If you try this please, let us know if it works for you.
Good luck!

I suggest investing in a Fitbit zip. It isn’t very expensive and clips on to your bra. It will count every step at work discreetly and help you get those badges. Off duty you can change back to your watch.

I would think putting it in your pocket as Marci suggests would be the best option for you. I am not sure I follow the hard to clasp part.. my alta HR came with a watch like clasp not the push in clasp that the flex has.. is your band different?
