Just want to hear what everyone's favorite tile is on their Dashboard. I've been using MFP again and I'm really enjoying the Calories In vs. Out tile. It's a great way to see where I'm at for my daily calorie goals. Right now, I'm looking at loosing 2# a week. So, I need to hit the 1000 mark on more calories burned than consumed. This tile gives my that info in one quick glance. I know that this tile existed, just wasn't using it to it's full potential.
So, what tiles do you guys use? How has a certain tile helped you make your goals. What little secrets weapons do you guys use in your dashboard?
Best AnswerI love watching the Steps and Very Active Minutes go green but if I had to pick only one tile it would be Weekly Activity on the Burn setting. I like to see my Burn/Intake/Deficit for each day at a glance. I find it the best tile for making sure I'm hitting the 750 cal deficit that I want.
