Hi everyone
I am confused about Fitbit Cardio Active Zone Minutes. I always see double the minutes of exercise that I do. So run 30 mins but get 60 mins cardio zone minutes. Does this mean it was a high intensity run? I am trying to do moderate intensity cardio to meet the 150 mins moderate activity recommended by department of health but not sure which metric to use - actual run time or Fitbit Cardio Minutes. Thanks for your help!

I believe the recommendations you are referencing are weekly 150 minutes of moderate or 75 minutes of higher intensity exercise, so doubling the higher intensity minutes are appropriate for meeting those goals.
If you are just considering the 150 minutes goal, doubling the higher intensity would not be appropriate, but considering the same goals include 75 minutes of higher intensity, just go with the Active Zone Minutes.
