Hi all my name is Adrian, and am using fitbit surge for my everyday uses.
As well going to the the gym and running with my fitbit I play ice hockey too. Three times a week to be exact for each sports.
I have used my fitbit now while training on the ice, and I do get some great results. With surge fitbit I have not tested it out 100% as before I was using the fitbit HR which was great but I have hear that surge is better for ice hockey, hence why I brought one this week.
I have took to fitbit in a big way and found it has changed my life style which the calories intake I was eating was not enough for the amount of exercises am pulling up every week.
So this is my story for now and I have created a Facebook group for any ice hockey players out their who wishes to share how much fitbit has changed their way in getting fit and eating well. I do feel this is a grey area that I would like fitbit to have a look at, or maybe use the results to possible make the fitbit more adaptable to ice hockey statisics.
Please help me and the group get involved together by joining the group and share whatever helps you or might help others.

To fitbit I had been advice to post on here from fitbit UK&Ireland to help promote my group.

Hi @no6todd glad to see you joining us on the Community !
I am glad to see that you have been having a good experience with Fitbit and that it help you check on your calorie intake. Can't be spending more calories that you consume, I'm really glad Fitbit helped you with that.
I really hope that you will be able to get even better results with your Surge and hope that your experience will be even more positive.
I have moved your post over to a different section on the boards to ensure that more people that could be interested will be able to see it.
Keep sharing with the Community !

Thanks Sebastien for your reply, am hoping to try and get more people aware of the sport I love which is Ice Hockey and if I can inspire to use their fitbit's then am a happy guy.
