I wish we could add work-related activities to our lists. For example, I spent an hour moving firewood today; that incorporates weights as well as walking; if I’m winded at the end, it should be more specific than just steps. Same for other labors such as digging, snow shoveling, raking, etc.
Hi, my name is SexyPuddin and I agree. Anything that gets you moving around for hrs.' at a time count as working out for me. If I'm doing laundry and go from the basement to the upstairs livingrm where I fold the laundry and then going on the second for to put everything away that work for me.

hey there @DeeVree - if you know you are going to be doing heavy labor, you can start an activity on your fitbit as "workout". I know it is a catch all, but it will track all the stats for you while you are doing what you are doing.

Best AnswerHi, I'm still doing my daily household chores. Now I've added a daily work out at least 3 day a week or more. I'm riding my spin bike, using my treadmill, using my work out DVDs and lifting weights and I just started hitting Planet fitness. YouTube video's for weights at home are Awesome. Instead of just doing my chores and just bummimg around watching movies, hey I still watch a movies but I'm trying to put more time in to being more active and fit.
I am walking daily early in the morning to maintain my fitness. For it, I go to the garden and play songs mostly astroworld music. Actually, It is my favorite one.
