How come I’m hitting my zone but can’t claim my badges

@cazz59   Can you be more specific about which zone and which badges are in question?  Fitbit ran a Get in Your Zone personal challenge a little while ago, but it's not an active challenge right now.

@cazz59   Fitbit ran the Get in Your Zone personal 5 day challenge twice.  There was about a five month interval between the two.  The feedback was very positive.  Keep an eye on your app.  Maybe Fitbit will offer it again soon.
