Swing your arms and those steps count.

I use one at the gym when I do my BodyStep class, definitely work and pump those arms to get the steps counted....plus you burn extra calories when you keep your arms moving 🙂

I have the Fitbit One, which I normally attach to my bra strap. Last week, I forgot and left it in the pocket of my workout pants when I changed from my work clothes, and it still counted the steps on the treadmill.
So yeah, either make sure you swing your arms if you have a wrist model, but if you have a One, it should count it automatically as long as you're wearing it.
