Have you tried Fitstar?

After hearing that I need to add some strength training to all my walking after losing 25 pounds, I decided to try FitStar yesterday. I posted a little about my experience then in the Third Party Integration forum, at the following thread:

I just did another 12-minute session, and my arms are shaking, but I'm not disgusted thinking I'll never be able to do what they want me to do. That means the personalization really works, even for somebody as out of shape as I am.

What are other people's experiences? So far, I'm very pleased.

I use the app pretty often, at first it was pretty challenging but the more I have to do it the easier it's getting. Just keep doing your best! You'll get there!
