Is this supposed to make me feel bad because I only average 12k-14k steps a day?
If your goal is to encourage others, you're failing. Miserably.

I think you are just advertising your group.
Same here. I wonder why I would need to join a Facebook group for motivation. Fitbit already provides this, what with friends, challenges, forums etc.
And "unbelievably high" step counts don't impress me, for the reason explained here.

Opps. Deleted this comment. I didn't notice the number of steps being reported was for two weeks, and not a whole month.

@gerrymcd It was posted on the 15th of the month, so it was for at least 14 days, not the whole month.
Doesn't matter as long as people are stepping.

@yuuki In the end, the only competition is with ourselves. We are winners because we want to make positive changes in our own lives. Don't compare yourself with others because we are all unique in our situations, our desires and our goal.
There's always someone better at something than you are and another who thinks that you're better at something than they are. The main thing is to do your best and be who you are, not what someone else thinks you should be.
You're here for a reason. You have the support and encouragement of the people on the forums to keep moving forward.
Welcome to the forums and keep on stepping!
