It's not always possible to log 250 steps per hour. I'd really like a way to roll those steps over to the next hour or to credit those done before. I often have 2-3 hour conf call which have no or limted breaktime. Fitbit charge 2.

This is not possible. You could take those hours out of the set times if you wanted but thats the only way.

Best AnswerI personally don't worry about the hourly steps as much. With working a varying schedule with retail and being in school, I would probably have to change the time frame for the hourly steps almost every day in order to achieve them more regularly. I focus more on being more active in general, which for me usually means some time set aside for workouts instead of making sure I get 250 steps every hour for 8 hours each day. It just isn't realistic with my schedule to do that regularly.

I hear what you are saying @Zuludawn but the whole point of that feature is to get you moving every hour. I am in the same boat as you. I am tied to a phone for hours at a time, so I don't worry so much about the hourly steps. I actually turned that feature off because it just annoyed me. I look at my whole day instead. Today I worked at home and we had a snow storm- I am pretty sure I didn't make 250 for the entire day. Don't let that feature stress you out...

Best AnswerUnless things have changed, you cannot put gaps into your hourly steps. That would be the ideal solution. I don't push it every day. And do try to make my daily steps and stairs. Can't but if I could gap a couple hours morning or afternoon I'd like it better.
