How accurate is the "Workout" mode

...for exercises?  I took a reformer class earlier today and used the regular pilates mode.  It only logged 70 calories on my Versa 2.  I don't think that's accurate at all.  I'm a tiny person, but a 55 minute reformer class should get me at least 100 (I weigh about 96 lb).  I use "workout" for barre and Essentrics, which typically logs me at 120 and 200 respectively (not sure how accurate that is either).

Thanks!

p.s. I have a Versa 2

your calories burned is determined by your effort not by the words used to describe it. You can log an activity as anything, go back and rename it but the calories will stay the same. With the HR feature it measures your effort by measuring your HR during the activity..

I agree with @emili. Compare the average heart rate and active minutes for each of the exercises. If they are about the same, let us know because then something else is going on.
