For about 3 to 4 weeks when I have been going to the gym a few times a week, I feel that the gym isn't challenging. I have been adding more weight, doing a steeper inclines on the treadmill and all. I don't want to really do HIIT becuase that is what I have been doing on the weight machines already. My question is how do I make the gym more challenging so I can lose weight?

If you have the option use a machine you haven't used before, or take a class if you haven't done before. I got a little bored at times with my routine so I checked out a free crossfit class....boy did that get my motivation back up. If I feel like i'm getting too set in my routines, I will do something completely new i've never tried. That always seems to work 🙂 Good luck!

Definitely try anew machine or class. Does your gym have a rowing machine? I find that gives a really tough workout if you spend between 45 minutes to an hour on it. Also, what about stairs as a way to get more intensity in?

I agree try new machines. Dont use the same all the time.
Also switch from treadmill to some else as well. Your body gets use to the same things all the time.
It is also not about exercise. Its what you eat that helps you to lose weight. Sure exercise helps but its all about the food you put in your mouth.
Get fit in the gym lose weight in the Kitchen.

try boxing. aside from working your butt off it is so much fun. and to be honest and please don't take this the wrong way, if you feel unchallenged or bored after such a short period of time, you may not be working to your full potential. maybe sit down with a trainer and go over all the possibilities out there based on your fitness goals. and please listen to the kitchen advice. if you don't treat your body well on the inside, it won't perform for you...
