I am on my feet littlerly all day! I never realized how much I really walked until I got this little gadget. On average I walk right around 6-7 miles a day and that just from work and following my routine in the evening, cooking, cleaning, bedtime chores, etc. I need some ideas on how to brun/walk more then what I am doing. I have been doing it for so long my body is use to it and it doesnt do me any justice. I do not have an exercise program that I follow, I honestly dont have time. I need something that I can add to my day that really doesnt take up mush more time then what I'm already putting in..... Any suggestions will be greatly accepted 🙂

One thing I found to be helpful in adding extra steps is when going to the store park towards the back of the parking lot and wander around the store while shopping. Of course to wander you have to have the willpower not to buy everything, and as for the back of the parking lot follow the rule of 40, in our family we are only allowed to park in the back if it isn't raining or below 40 degrees.

I like the ideas of dancing and walking around shopping! Shopping in a mall would be great because it seems like I always get more walking in going from one store to another. Using a Wii game like the Just Dance series would probably be good too. I haven't tried those with my fitbit flex yet, but seems like it should work.
