Hello all! Meeting my hourly 250 step goal is a great motivator for me! How often do you meet all of your hourly activity goals? How do you achieve this?
For me, I achieve this by taking the long route to and from the bathroom at work, getting up to talk to my co-workers instead of phone calls or instant message, parking far away from the doors at work, and using it as an excuse to refill my water cup (which means I'm drinking more H2O as a result!).

@Heather-S don't forget you can unload the clothes dryer one sock at a time and walk it to the dresser drawer. Then one washcloth at a time taken to the closet. Continue until the dryer is empty. There are fun ways to get those last steps in, but sometimes my husband thinks I'm being fidgety! In grocery stores, I leave the shopping cart at the end of the aisle and walk up and down.
That you walk to talk to co-workers is nice and adds a personal touch to your work experience!

I swear I am immune to feeling the buzz reminder 90% of the time, so I set an alarm on my Fitibt for 25 minutes twice per hour. Each 25 minute interval, I'll get up from my desk and walk 100+ steps.

Soon as it buzzes I'm up and walking. I just walk around the bottom floor of my house unless it time for mail and I go walk to the mail box.
But I make sure I do it daily. I haven't kept track of it but I only missed 1 hour 1 day since I started.

I like all the suggestions! I've pretty much ignored these hourly reminders since I was getting in my daily steps walking my dog. Since we're had a lot of thunder storms and he won't go out - over a month of this - I've not walking myself either! And I can't walk outside when it's over 80 degrees which is most of daylight hours lately.
So, the hourly reminder seems more important than ever to me.
All I have to do is walk upstairs to my bedroom - or anywhere in the house - and do one little chore or a part of a chore. That way I'll have a cleaner house and my steps too!
