How do I set up a twelve week plan with my trainer on the dashboard?

You can't.  You'll just have to track your workouts with your Fitbit. But you can't create a plan in the app or on the Fitbit dashboard.

Actually yes you can, you just have to put your gender, activity level, weight and height but the only one I have trouble with is putting in my activity level in the trainer tile because it won't let me when I setup my twelve week plan about my level of activity.
