Yes you can have more than 1 tracker, but you need to set them up under different email addresses. They can be set up on your supported mobile device or the same computer. I hope this helps and keep it on the good way!

Hello there @nkotblove ! Fitbit just developed the option to have more than 1 tracker paired to the same account. So I think this is the option you're asking for. You can have 2 tracker paired on the same account as long as they are different. If your mother wants to use a Fitbit tracker, I recommend create a different account, this is to get more accurate readings. Remember all the info in your account is based under your personal info. Looking forward to your reply and happy Fitbitting!

Hi @VivisFitbit . Please tell me more about this, how it works. I have a One and a Charge. If I wear my Charge all day, say for day-to-day routine steps; and wear the One for dedicated walk/jog workout, will the metrics from both devices sync at the same time and both update my dashboard with the total from each tracker? If affirmative, how does it work if I happen to forget I'm still wearing my Charge and go for a dedicated 5-mile walk - will the walk be duplicated together with all the metrics for distance, steps, calories ... or will the software catch this and ask the user which record should prevail. Thank you for your help. Have a nice day.

Sure @TandemWalker ! Sorry for the delayed response . It's good to know you want to take advantage of the Multidevice feature, I'm sure you'll find this fun and helpful. We don't recommend using both devices at the same time. For example if you like to use your One during the day because you can hide it in your poket and in the night you use your HR because it provides your heart rate while you run. The system will be able to recognize if you switched tracker. Your Dashboard will take the steps you walked on your day-to-day with your One (E.g 5000) plus the steps you get during your workouts with your HR (E.g. 10000), that means your Dashboard will show 15000 steps. You can learn more about this in the following article. I hope this helps and keep it on the good Fitbitting!
