To keep it brief, I know of a lot of people in the military including me that use this to keep up on their pt.
If there was a good program to add on to increase the different scores for the different branches pt test that would be awesome.
Say a section for running and helping with that to learn what you need to improve (speed, breathing , etc)
Might be a good idea. I have a more in depth version but I'd rather not share it all here for the fact that I'm typing on a phone.
What do you guys think?
