I can't imagine this hasn't been discussed, but an "inactivity" alarm should be a featur. Something that buzzes when a set time has passed with little to no movement.

I tried setting my alarm to go off every 45 minutes or so, depending on what I was doing. The problem for me - I hate the alarm on the fitbit. It goes on too too long and vibrates so much it felt annoying. I just have my phone alarm set to beep or vibrate (I can hear that) instead. Works better. That way I can control the sound level.

It's might be tough to add since the Fitbit devices are so sensitive they track movements and count them as steps from simple things as brushing your teeth or putting lotion on.

What I've tried to do is set an hourly alarm so that I know it's time to get up and do something. Even if it's just a quick stretch and a walk to the water cooler, it's something to get me moving every hour.
