Does anyone use the interval timer on Charge 2? What do you use it for?
Personally, I use it for:
-HIIT or tabata
-Fartlek training
-ab workouts
-sometimes I use it for helping me stay present. I'll set the timer to go off every 4 minutes, 4 times in a row. Each time it buzzes, I remind myself to stay in the present, and to have a positive thought when it buzzes.

@UPfitfreak hello! The way I use if for abs is to set the timer to "Move" for 40 seconds, and "Rest" for 10 seconds, and repeat 10 times. This way, I do 40 seconds of abs, get 10 seconds of rest, and do it 10 times!
