Today I start the 30 Day Abs Challenge and the 30 Day Splits Challenge as an experiment for my blog.

Just to show how un-flexible I am... I am about 2 inches away from being able to touch my toes (middle photo)... I didn't realise it was this bad haha!

I very much doubt I'll be able to do the splits by day 30, but I'm hoping to substantially increase my flexibility!

Best AnswerI'll definitely try the ab challenge with you! I've been needing to get in a routine anyway. However.. I won't do the split challenge. My hamstrings are jacked up and I feel it wouldn't be good beneficial me. I'm in school right now but I'll show you some before pictures later. Hopefully this works!
I know the feeling, I've started doing it on the rug in my dining room - hurts less!
I might invest in a little yoga mat or something so that I don't have to do it all in the dining room though! 😛
Rest day was heaven though, I'm back on with Day 5 today!
