I would go to tthe bottom of the page and Look for fitbit one help

 

Download the manual and read it. Has all you need to know in it

Over on the "help forums" screen, there is a section dedicated to each of the types of fitbit trackers under products.

 

There is a stick post at the top that links you to the manual, "getting started", and common questions for the device.
