Levels

Hey yall! 
I was wondering what level of fitness you'd say you're in?
Where do you stand in accordance to your goals? 
What are your goals and how are you trying to reach them?!

I myself like to think I'm alright. I mean I'm not the strongest or fastest but for my size and weight I'm not doing to bad for myself. I weight lift every day and run every other day. Sometimes I run every day of the week it just depends. I've also been getting into calisthenics recently and man is it a killer. That's also taken my fitness level up a lot.

Great question.  I guess to answer we would have to know whatare we measuring ourselves against?   I think I would be overweight in just about any category (age, sex, height, career, eye-color) .....

 

I also think I am in pretty good overall fitness and getting better in each of the above categories.   Are there any charts other than weight that do any kind of fitness tracking by demographics?  As in %50 of 49 year old men can walk 3mph for 2 hours?
