Low rate recovery

recovery remains low.  Even if I haven't exercised for a few days.  Does anyone have an idea how this is possible.

Do you perhaps mean "Readiness Score", just so we all are talking about same thing?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

it could be related to sleeping. I have a lower score even with light activity if I didn't sleep long enough. not so much the quality of sleep, more the length of it.
