Manually Logging Activities

I like to workout, but with three young kids it is hard to get away.  Most of my workouts involve pushups, situps, and running.  I would like to log pushups and situps as workouts, but the site doesn't recognize these.  Seems to me that these are very common types of working out.

they are, but your tracker is step based and the calories are calculated either by a cardio activity or your HR. they don't actually fit the "model". If you have the charge 2  there is a weight lifting activity- you can use that maybe. it's not exact, but close-ish

If I do a long long-ish workout consisting of sit ups etc (say 20mins) I log it under aerobic workout. It's not accurate in that it can't work out the calories but I just like to see it in my log as a reminder that I did it.
